Nationals.... not the baseball team!

Nothing like being so focused on the task at hand.   Winning!!  My first day at Nationals in the Palm Desert Indian Wells.... wow.  That was some spectacular stuff.  I sat and watched so many different people playing levels 3.0 to Pro... even though it wasn't a pro event.  The pro's cleaned up.... The task at hand is to find a way to get into the game.  To make it to the Nationals you have to play multiple tournament to qualify.  Winning is getting harder and harder.  I watched a 3.5 match that looked really fun... One of the local guys "Paul and Dennis" won the 60+ 3.5 division... way to go fellas. The real task is to find a...

KISS... Keep It Short Stupid

I recently had a conversation with someone who's been in my life since the beginning.  We got into some of the details of the warrior logo and the amazing product we have been producing and continuously tweaking... I enjoy the out of the box view.   I had been rehashing why I wanted to make this particular pair of shorts.  The brief story is that Tennis and Fitness and Triathlon and beach didn't have the same pair of shorts that were "acceptable."  I had been working at a country club for 8 years and never felt comfortable with the board shorts appearance much less the ability to move in them. The Big Loss.......

My wife just walked in from her weekly Pickleball clinic at Bobby Riggs with legendary coach and champion Chris Miller.  She always brings home some story that ties us more into the pickleball world. A few months ago I was asked to fill in for my friend Peter who plays with a regular group of 12 on the weekends.  I have witness them play and how incredibly organized they are... I think it really contributes to the fun. One of the men there is MARK.  Mark was a couch potato for many years.  A self proclaimed Couch Potato and overall grumpy guy...(maybe that was his wife who shared that.). Mark has been playing Pickleball for a number of years now...
